  1. Close the PDF. Write 4–5 lines from memory — today's strategy in your own words.
  2. Reopen and correct what you got wrong. The correction is the learning.

Not on the plan: pp. 167–192 is the Refrigerator Sheet + Ages & Stages chart — reference material, not reading. Skim it once after Day 14, then keep it for lookups. If you miss a day, don't double up — just shift everything by one; the two weeks have a day of slack in real life.
